How To Apply for Return/Refund
If you believe you have received defective or incorrect items, please report via e-mail within 7 days of receipt. Detailed descriptions, pictures, and/or videos in report email(s) to SUPPORT@CVOHAIR.COM are helpful in accelerating the return/refund process.

If the return is due to the buyer's responsibilities (such as don't like/want, ordering wrong products/sizes), we may remove approx. $20 from your refund as restocking fee/handling fee.At the same time, you need to bear all shipping costs incurred by the corresponding order.

This is an 18" 100% human hair extension. I like that the hair is straight with no kinks. The bundle comes with 20 pre-taped extensions for hair fill ins. For a more fuller look purchase 2-4 bundles. Easy to apply to hair and can be combed and heated for styling. Hair after applied can last up to 3 months with care. Extra tape is provided for future use. This hair comes in different lengths and textures.
I like this hair the feel is natural yaki, has no smell and it blended well with my hair. To apply was very easy I haven't taken it out yet so not sure how that will be. It gave my hair extra length and thickness
