Yes, it's true! We ship worldwide!

Some products on the website are free shipping, please check the Free Shipping series for details. The rest of the products require additional shipping fees, and the specific shipping fees will be displayed on the checkout page.

It will take 2-5 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your shipping is upgraded to express. Please allow up to 2 business days for orders to process (for example, if you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Tuesday or Wednesday). You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships.

Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 2-5 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

Processing time: 0-2 days. Fulfilled: Mon-Sat.

We do not process on Sundays or holidays. Processing time is NOT included in the shipping time. Please plan accordingly.

2. Shipping Time

Ship to United States:  Usps/Yunexpress: 6-12 days, Fedex/DHL: 2-5 days. Shipped: Mon-Sun. 

Ship to Canada: 3-5 days. Shipped: Mon-Sun. Shipping Method: DHL/Fedex.

Ship to Mexico, United Kingdom, France, Germany: Usps/Yunexpress: 6-12 days, Fedex/DHL: 2-5 days. Shipped: Mon-Sun.

Ship to Australia: 3-5 days. Shipped: Mon-Sun. Shipping Method: DHL.

Ship to South Africa: 4-7 days. Shipped: Mon-Sun. Shipping Method: DHL/Dpex/TNT.

 Ship to other countries: 6-10 days. Shipped: Mon-Sun. Shipping Method: DHL/FedEx/TNT/Yunexpress.

* Shipping Time may vary due to unexpected factors, such as bad weather, public holidays, covid or other disease policies, etc. We appreciate your kind understanding for any possible inconvenience.

 

Shipping Fee

▶ For the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia and other countries, the shipping fee for 0.5kg is about $33-$50, please refer to the checkout page for details.

▶ For other parts of the world, please consult us before placing an order.

Please Noticed:
We don't process orders on Sunday, because shipping companies all do not work on Sunday.
Processing & shipping times may be extended during holidays.

 

About Tax

If customs duties are imposed in the recipient’s country/region, the taxes will be paid by the customer.

The cost incurred due to the buyer’s delivery delay or address modification shall be borne by the buyer.

The buyer needs to pay for the cost incurred due to the buyer's cancellation or return of the order halfway for personal reasons.

 

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed to the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout, which can take up to 48 hours. You will receive a second e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number. You can enter the tracking number on the order tracking page to check the logistics and transportation status. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact us. Please allow 1 - 4 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.
